What is a Single Sign-On Proxy?
What is this?
This is a simple app to provide a single sign-on (SSO) proxy for a variety of websites.
What is a single sign-on proxy?
Most websites use a mechanism known as a "single sign-on" proxy to provide a means for people to access a website without having to enter their credentials again. To access a website, the user first connects to the server that provides the service, using a network connection. If the user's computer is configured to use a proxy, this connection is then forwarded to the website that they want to access. The user is then required to enter the credentials provided on the website. This allows the user to access the service without having to enter their credentials again.
